- Greet and welcome visitors and clients as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
