Copywriter

This is a part-time remote position.

Approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Job Description:

We are seeking to add a Copywriter to our team who is passionate about helping women uncover what truly matters and set and accomplish goals that add up to an intentional life. Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, or related field
• 1 years experience in writing copy for a brand or company for various platforms, including social media, website, paid advertising, and email 
• Demonstrated experience in writing both conversion and branding copy
• Knowledgeable about storytelling in product marketing (proficiency in Donald Miller's StoryBrand framework a plus!)
• Experience working cross-departmentally
• Able to create long-term strategy around copy and meet tight deadlines as needed
• Basic understanding of the goal-setting industry
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the marketing department to write copy on various platforms, including social media, paid ads, email marketing, and website
• Analyze copy data and create reporting around performance around various platform and strategy results
• Create a strategy around copywriting to ensure that our brand voice is consistent across all platforms
• Strategize and implement new copywriting techniques to increase customer acquisition and conversions
• Update Project Management systems to ensure initiatives are on track
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting compensation for this position is $25-35 per hour based on experience
