What We're Looking For

We're looking for a talented and creative writer who enjoys a bit of science. You will be a key member of our Blue Spark internal agency, collaborating with fellow creatives to develop work across a wide range of deliverables, from marketing emails and ad campaigns to blog content and articles for our biannual magazine, the Apothagram. Your ability to generate creative copy that cuts through the clutter as well as source, write and edit valuable content will drive conversations across an industry. You can help us share a better story of how compounding medicine changes lives.
What You Will Do
- Write, proofread and edit copy for campaigns, products, email, ads, websites, magazine, social media, video scripts, print materials, key messages and other documents
- Research the compounding pharmacy industry, products, audiences and competitive landscape
- Brainstorm with creative team members to develop concepts and copy
- Contribute to PCCA content marketing efforts, including the PCCA Blog, driving reader interest and subscription growth, and the Apothagram publication
- Ensure copy aligns with PCCA's voice and style guide
- Collect and report relevant marketing data to optimize future content and initiatives
- Assist with related special projects, as assigned
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Advertising, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in as a copywriter, either in an agency setting or client side
- Excellent time management, prioritizing, organizational and project management skills
- Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service, research and proofreading skills
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to use or learn web content management tools a plus
