This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.

This is a hybrid position with the office located in Spring, Texas (Houston, TX metro area).

Your gift of discernment will enable you to understand the customer’s need and exceed their expectations with your resolution. 


Job Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
  • Basic computer, website, technology understanding
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work additional hours during Peak Seasons
  • Experience in customer service preferred

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responds to customer inquiries via email, live chat, etc.
  • Assist customers with general questions and concerns about various products, shipping policies, etc. for Cultivate What Matters and The Daily Grace Co.
  • Redirect customer inquiries about our company theology, history, etc.
  • Stay current on company sales, promotions
  • Have a thorough knowledge of company products
  • Meet personal and departmental metrics
  • Assist other departments, such as our warehouse, with damage reports, insurance claims, and resolving shipping issues
  • Assist customers with refunds, exchanges, and replacements
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting annual salary for this position is $40,000-$45,000 based on education and experience
