This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.
This is a hybrid position with the office located in Spring, Texas (Houston, TX metro area).

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 2 years of experience in a retail or consumer goods business in an analytical role
- 2 years of sales experience (MLMs not included)
- 2 years experience working as part of a fast-paced team
- Ability to work independently
- Track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Experience managing and maintaining a CRM; HubSpot experience preferred
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Thrives in a high-energy and ambitious work environment
- Willingness to travel periodically for meetings, events, trade shows, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create sales funnels for wholesalers and church accounts
- Utilize and maintain CRM
- Attends retail and church events to promote products and build relationships for long-term purchases
- Analyze and evaluate sales data for future improved performance
- Point of contact (account manager) for large accounts for both sales and customer service
- Foster healthy relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop a pricing strategy for wholesale and bulk orders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and potential areas for expansion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotions
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation & Benefits:
- The salary for this position will be commission-based. A base salary will be provided for the first three years of employment and there is no cap on commission
