Responsibilities include scheduling, training, supervision of student staff, coordinating meeting room set up and breakdown, graduation ceremony support in June, and event support logistics. The candidate will work closely with colleagues in Facilities, Public Safety, and Information Technology.Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree by May 2025Experience working in events, programming, Audio & Visual, or a customer service environmentStrong supervision, organizational skills, and communication skillsEnthusiastic, friendly, patient, and compassionateAbility to problem solve and work independentlyValid driver's license preferredStart / End : May 1 - August 15Days / Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm. Evening & weekend hours required. Up to 35 hours per week.
