POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Product will steer the continued growth and innovation of Daily Wire’s digital platforms and consumer technology. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and execute a product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with Daily Wire’s mission and business objectives. Build and execute a strategic roadmap that balances short-term deliverables with long-term goals, prioritizing the most impactful initiatives.
Team Leadership & Culture
Inspire, mentor, and empower a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration that drives excellence. Develop and refine scalable processes for product development, team collaboration, and roadmap execution.
User-Centered Innovation & Decision-Making
Identify and deliver innovative solutions that improve user engagement and platform scalability, leveraging data and user research to inform decisions. Champion customer needs by conducting research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable product enhancements. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product success through data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
Partner closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver seamless, user-focused products and features. Present updates, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership, aligning stakeholders around the product vision.

Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Demonstrated Skills/Abilities/Competencies
· 8 years in product management with a proven track record in consumer technology.
· 5 years of leadership experience managing and empowering product teams.
· 3 years of experience in a hyper growth environment or startup.
· Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
· Demonstrated experience in agile or lean product management processes.
· Technical fluency, with the ability to discuss and align on engineering trade-offs and communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
· Background in mobile app development, with a deep understanding of the mobile product lifecycle.
· A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform strategic product decisions and drive results.

Employment type: Full-time; Exempt
Compensation: Dependent upon experience
