- Manage and maintain schedules using Google Calendar, coordinating appointments and meetings effectively.
- Handle clerical tasks including document preparation, proofreading, and data entry to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Communicate with clients and team members promptly.
- Organize office supplies and maintain an efficient office environment to support daily operations.
- Provide general administrative support to executives, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and project assistance.
Experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Calendar is required.
- Experience with clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and managing office tasks is essential.
- Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role will be advantageous.
