Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
- Review and maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide leadership in clinical decision-making and problem-solving
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance
- Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, physiology, and acute care protocols
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation review
- Experience in various healthcare settings such as assisted living, nursing homes, home care, etc.
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
