Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Unit Manager. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, manage staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal care and meet regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily nursing operations and staff
- Develop and implement care plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
- Address patient and family concerns promptly
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth clinical knowledge and ability to problem-solve
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and familiarity with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Current RN License
- BLS Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous nursing management experience preferred
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
