Inside the Role
The Phoenix Parts Distribution Center (PDC) is a fast-paced operation which provides direct aftermarket parts support to DTNA's dealer and distribution network. We are committed to keeping the world moving and looking for driven individuals to help accomplish our goals. Total staffing for the operations equals approximately 30 people with 5team leaders, 2area managers, a strategic manager, and a general manager in charge of all PDC operations. Currently there are 3shifts, resulting in the facility being open from 5:00 am to 9:00pm. There are occasional Saturday shifts.Posting Information

Position offers a starting salary range of$78,000 - $100,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What you Drive at DTNA
Coach and mentor the daily activities of a 7 - 10 hourly associates
Support and facilitate a safe and ethical working environment and culture
Promote and establish a focus on quality and providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
Coach, motivate, and develop team members to higher levels of performance.
Clarify expectations, regularly communicate, conduct performance reviews, and counselor assigned employees
Track and monitor shift, team, and individual employee performance
Continually review and analyze current state processes to identify and address areas for improvement
Oversee manpower, workload planning, training, and development of all assigned team members
Utilize assigned team leader(s) in Lean Principles to promote and develop a continuous improvement culture
Assist with daily operations to identify and solve problems relating to manpower, scheduling, quality, facility arrangement, and overall operations as needed on assigned shift
Knowledge You Should Bring
BA and 2 years of related experience required OR6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree required
Previous leadership experience coaching & supervising employees to achieve high levels of performance and engagement required
Knowledge and application of Lean/Continuous improvement tools and principles required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application required

Exceptional Candidates Might Have
Degree infocusSupply Chain, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics preferred
Experience in an operational environment, i.e. manufacturing, distribution, or transportation preferred
Strong customer focus and previous face time experience with customers preferred
Experience utilizing and conveying a situation with data preferred
Evening schedule flexibility required
