Main Responsibilities
- Assign tasks to warehouse associates through written and/or oral instructions, including unloading, staging, and loading freight.
- Supervise tasks performed by warehouse personnel, focusing on quality and productivity.
- Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and report them to maintenance personnel.
- Provide guidance on product care and preservation, equipment use, and related issues.
- Assist associates with warehouse functions when needed and ensure excellent customer service.
- Address safety, quality, and productivity concerns with associates when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Able to perform physically demanding duties in a non-air-conditioned or heated warehouse setting.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
