Inside the Role
To supervise and coordinate the HDEP Central Tool Processing (CTP) team. In this position, you will be responsible for planning and allocating manpower to support the daily production tooling demands. Support and foster a culture of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement. Drive a team to initiate problem solving to improve all KPI's impacts within your area of responsibility.

Position offers a starting salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive at DTNA
- Support the department metrics by establishing goals and targets for your area of responsibility.
- Track and manage employee overtime and attendance records .
- Be proactive and lead initiatives to improve SQDCME (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environmental metrics)
- Responsible for all employee work and production records in assigned area.
- Responsible for scheduling development training and adherence in assigned area.
- Coordinates the resources of team and set daily priorities to meet operational objectives.
- Interprets and administers policies, processes, and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to use tact and diplomacy to exchange information, handle sensitive issues, and translate, simplify, and clarify information for employees.
- Support and facilitate a safe and ethical working environment and culture
- Clarify expectations, regularly communicate through daily Shop Floor management meetings, provide ongoing performance feedback, and counsel assigned employees
- Lead and support your team in Lean Principles to promote and develop a continuous improvement culture
- Effectively support and follow all policies outlined in the contract, handbook, and / or policy guide
