We are actively looking for a Regional Manager for our Northwest Region covering northern California and Washington to join our team!
What you'll be doing – The Role:
- Work with Branch Managers to develop and maintain a positive and supportive environment to achieve sales and profit targets in each market.
- Assist in training and developing all branch managers and key personnel within the branch.
- Provide support for recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and counseling Branch Managers
- Leverage leadership skills to set goals and provide regular performance feedback, utilizing all available resources, such as direct field observations, one-on-one development conversations, new and remedial training, and through Daiohs USA established performance management process.
- Work with leadership team to develop new and innovative programs to increase sales and profits.
- Own and foster effective communication at all levels of the organization.
- Frequent travel is required
