We are seeking an experienced Packaging and Labeling Professional to join our team as a Cheese Weight Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging and labeling cheese correctly, organizing cheese in the cooler, and assisting the cheese maker and table man.
Responsibilities
- Packaging and labeling cheese correctly.
- Organizing cheese in the cooler.
- Assisting the cheese maker and table man.
- Moving cheese to the press.
- Working in cut, wrap, box, weigh, and palletize finished cheese.
- Moving cheese to the cooler via fork lift.
- Sorting loads.
- Maintaining daily checks on scales, metal detector, and fork lift.
- Cleaning and sanitizing throughout the cheese production area.
- Cleaning cheese socks and hoops.
- Dressing cheese hoops.
- Making boxes.
Requirements
