We are seeking a skilled Restaurant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and excellent leadership abilities. (Willing to transfer locations to become General Manager)
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and business financials.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff members.
- Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
- Scheduling.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Skills:
- Experience in food service and kitchen management.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in interviewing and team management.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Ability to adapt to change
- ServSafe Certification a PLUS!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
