As a Restaurant Manager, you will be part of a fun, fast-paced environment where we serve up our iconic Blizzards, sundaes, shakes, burgers, and fries to our loyal customers. At Dairy Queen, we take pride in delivering quality food and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
This role primarily involves morning and afternoon shifts on weekdays, and evening shifts on the weekends.
What Does a TEAM MANAGER Do?
- Prepares and serves high-quality menu items with care and efficiency.
- Greets customers with a friendly attitude, takes accurate orders, and processes payments efficiently at the register.
- Works as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service
- Manages drive-thru orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and friendly service.
- Leads and trains team members, ensuring smooth operations.
- Oversees daily tasks, creates structured workflows, and manages weekly scheduling.
- Conducts interviews and helps onboard new hires.
- Ensures that dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces are kept clean and meet all health and safety standards.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Must be at least 21 years old and 2 years of relevant experience in Fast Food Industry
- Must be willing to work 40 hours per week and occasionally additional hours based on team needs.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and efficiently communicate with the team.
- A hardworking, positive individual committed to excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Physical Demands:
The Team Member position requires several physical demands, including:
- Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time.
- Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
- Manual dexterity for handling food preparation and cash transactions.
