POSITION SUMMARY
As Restaurant Manager, you will work directly with the General Manager as well as other managers to coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve the restaurant’s objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Your drive to motivate, train, and develop our team is vital to meeting restaurant goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing FOH and BOH shifts to ensure high standards in food & drink quality, cleanliness, and service.
- Following all opening and closing checklists including station/position opening/closing duties, writing prep lists/managing prep kitchen, receiving/ordering food & beverage orders, cash functions, dining room set-up, catering/party orders prep, pre-shifts, and ongoing training.
- Effectively building trust with employees, management, and owners through good communication, leading by example, and providing honest feedback.
- Maintaining a professional yet personal relationship with customers to create an inviting atmosphere where they take personal ownership in the wellbeing of our business and its employees.
- Effectively training employees to meet our standards in service, quality, cleanliness, and sanitation practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory/management experience in food & beverage restaurant operations. Corporate experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a large team while delegating tasks and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Must be enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Beverage/Food Handler’s card may be required according to local and/or state requirements
