Secretary / Legal Assistant wanted for small transactional, probate and estate planning law firm
Responsibilities include preparing and processing emails, letters and all legal documents including Judicial Council Forms, pleadings, estate planning documents, and any other document required by the Attorneys, filing pleadings, keeping track of daily tasks and Court calendar, scheduling the master calendar and conference rooms, fielding calls for attorneys, opening new matters, maintaining digital and physical files. Must be:
Friendly and personable, team player, great at communication, meticulous with document spelling and grammar, prompt and trustworthy, experience in legal (particularly probate and estate) a plus.
Summary
In the role of Secretary / Legal Assistant, you will provide essential support within a law office, reporting directly to attorneys and assisting in various legal administrative tasks.
