We are currently seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant to support our clinical team.
Starting Wage : $18-$20 / hour plus benefits
Schedule : This full-time position requires availability on weekday evenings and every other weekend, offering a consistent yet flexible schedule.
What you will do : A Nursing Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Ranch's clinical team. Documentation of medical information needs to be completed in an accurate and timely manner and maintained in the medical record according to licensure and accreditation standards. The Nursing Assistant acts as a liaison between DBGR and the medical community by working with various hospitals, clinics, and physicians, all while utilizing appropriate telephone etiquette when taking calls from clients and staff, and scheduling appointments.
Purpose
The ideal applicant must have a passion for providing care for children and adolescents with complex behavioral health issues, be devoted to promoting the needs of youth and families, and be willing to advocate for resources and find creative solutions to ensure each child reaches their goals.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the Ranch mission and vision, and its culture of purpose, caring, and learning, including the Ranch Culture in Action statements. Support a trauma-informed-care environment.
- Enter, transcribe, record, store, or maintain information in written or electronic / magnetic form, meeting notes, home visit paperwork, card file information, phone logs, medical documentation accurately and within established timelines.
- Support other members of the team in carrying out organizational goals and activities.
