Pay Details:
$40,476.00 to $52,811.00 (DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE)
Position Overview:
We’re seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team in Culbertson, MT. In this exciting traveler role, you’ll provide essential support in delivering quality care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring our residents’ comfort and well-being. With the flexibility of both day and night shifts, you'll be able to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Assist with toileting, incontinence care, and maintain proper hygiene for residents.
- Perform range of motion exercises to support residents’ mobility.
- Help residents with ambulation, including transfers and repositioning.
- Engage residents in restorative care activities to promote physical and mental well-being.
- Accurately document all care provided and communicate any changes in residents' conditions.
- Build strong relationships with residents, offering emotional support and companionship.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Support residents in their journey of recovery and daily functioning with dignity and respect.
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification in the state of Montana.
- Previous experience in a CNA role preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with patients, families, and a healthcare team.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of others.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from the facility.
Schedule:
- Shift: Day Shift (06:00AM-06:30 PM) & Night Shift (06:00 PM-06:30AM) available.
- Flexibility to cover holidays as needed.
- Travelers must be willing to work across various shifts depending on the facility's needs.
