What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sorter position at Dakota Boys & Girls Ranch?
We are seeking to hire a Part-time Sorter at our Fargo Warehouse to work 25-28 hours/week. Do you enjoy sorting through donations to find quality items? Are you organized and detailed? Responsibilities:
The Part-time Sorter will:
- Sort donations to identify saleable merchandise
- Record daily inventory of goods prepared for resale
- Place saleable goods into boxes for storage, labeled appropriately
- Maintain or exceed production guidelines
- Help maintain a clean and orderly environment
- Assist in moving merchandise and perform general housekeeping duties
- Empty garbage, recycle, and break down cardboard boxes
Job Requirements:
The Part-time Sorter must be:
- At least 18 years old
- Organized and detailed-oriented
- Knowledgeable of styles and trends and have the ability to identify saleable merchandise
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift, stoop, bend, and twist.
