Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, dedicated, and passionate about helping patients restore movement, relieve pain, and improve overall quality of life. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who values a collaborative environment and enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions through comprehensive evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
- Work closely with our administrative team to ensure smooth patient scheduling and treatment flow.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress notes in our electronic health record system.
- Foster a positive, supportive relationship with patients, ensuring their experience is comfortable and encouraging.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Minnesota.
- Outpatient Orthopedic setting.
- Proven experience in outpatient orthopedic care or similar settings.
- Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Desire to learn and grow within a small practice.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while delivering high-quality care.
