Dakota Kustomz is growing and looking for a full-time Office Associate to join our expanding team. We are moving to a new location and looking for qualified, organized and skilled team members.
Job Summary
Perform a variety of secretarial and administrative assistant duties and office procedures established for accurate and continuous flow of work load.
Responsibilities
Support staff for Administration.
Assist in organizing and maintaining our filing system.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, reconciling of checking and credit card accounts, document preparation. Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, Quick Books. IT experience a plus.
Support the office management team in daily operations as needed.
HR knowledge for onboarding and offboarding if needed.
Mon-Fri. 8-5. Benefits are available
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently within a team and as an individual. Multitask efficiently with maintaining a high level of organization. Strong attention to detail.
This position is part-time, ten hours a week, flexibility on hours (8-5) and days (Monday-Friday) $25.00 to $30.00 DOE.
