What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Writer position at Dakota Kustomz?
Dakota Kustomz is looking to hire a Service Rider. We are a full custom garage. Building custom vehicles, new and old from the ground up. We take our customers ideas and turn them into reality.
As the Service Rider and a part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, communicating with customers, scheduling appointments, creating repair orders, communicating with the technicians, providing cost estimates, updating customers about progress of their vehicle, resolving complaints. We expect Integrity in your work and ethics.
Here at Dakota Kustomz, we diagnose, repair and build a wide range of vehicles from various stages. Our Shop Foreman is expected to manage our mechanics and techs in modern drivetrain swaps, custom/classic vehicle diagnosis and repair, and modern/classic performance upgrades. Our Shop Foreman must have a hard work ethic and knowledge in mechanics, body shop and collision repair. We use only the best products in our body shop, so efficiency with use of those products is expected. This position must show strong attention to detail and pride in their work.
Requirement of 3 years of related experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, consistent problem solving abilities, cleanliness and organization tendencies, ability to work within a team.
