Job Overview:
Dakota’s Best Seed is seeking an Office Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be capable of working closely with office and warehouse associates and help ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
· Answer phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries.
· Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, clients, or guests.
· Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners.
· Utilize various platforms to maintain files and records.
· Organize shipment of our products utilizing various companies and methods.
· Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and efficient.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous office experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- Dependability and strong work ethic.
Work Environment:
- Office setting, typically Monday to Friday.
- Part-time position.
- Approximately 25 hours per week.
