DSU is seeking a dedicated and efficient professional to join our International Programs team. As an International Admissions Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of international student college admission applications and managing student records. You will be responsible for handling various tasks and interacting with prospective students, their families, and internal staff members.

- Process college admission applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collect and verify test scores, immunization records, and other required documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective students, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Supervise student employees, coordinating their work schedule and providing guidance as needed.
- Maintain and update student records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the admissions process and resolve any issues that may arise.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple interruptions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience in admissions, enrollment management, or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with student information systems or admissions software is beneficial.
