Position Overview
Dakota Woodlands seeks a compassionate, welcoming, and organized Front Desk Specialist Lead. The Front Desk Specialist Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Dakota Woodlands' daily activities. Acting as the welcoming face of the organization, this position is responsible for creating a friendly and professional environment for clients, visitors, and staff. The Front Desk Specialist Lead handles a variety of tasks, including client interactions, front desk management, administrative duties, facility upkeep, and supervision of Front Desk Specialist team members. With a strong focus on customer service, this role supports the mission of Dakota Woodlands by fostering a safe, organized, and respectful environment for all.
Areas of Responsibility :
Front Desk Supervision & Team Leadership
- Supervise and support the front desk team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development to enhance team performance.
- Manage scheduling to ensure adequate front desk coverage.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for urgent matters, resolving issues efficiently.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to front desk staff, ensuring accountability and productivity.
