Role Overview
As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be the go-to expert on our CRM, fully understanding its functionality, data, and workflows. You will work closely with our founder and data team to identify gaps, improve data integrity, and optimize processes that drive efficiency across sales and customer success. Your insights will directly impact business decisions, ensuring our platform supports the team's goals.
Responsibilities
- CRM Management – Own the Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy, proper setup, and overall efficiency.
- Data Integrity & Optimization – Identify and resolve issues related to invalid email addresses, opt-outs, duplicate records, and missing or inaccurate data.
- Insights & Reporting – Provide actionable insights based on CRM data to improve sales and customer success performance.
- Process Improvements – Identify inefficiencies in Salesforce workflows and propose automation or process enhancements.
- User Support & Training – Support the team by answering Salesforce-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering training when necessary.
- Collaboration with Leadership – Work directly with our founder and data team to highlight problems, propose solutions, and implement best practices.
- List Management – Oversee and maintain email lists, ensuring they are up-to-date and properly segmented for marketing and outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, workflows, and best practices.
- Experience with data cleanup, validation, and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze CRM data and provide meaningful insights.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing processes within a CRM environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
