Job Description

What you will do :

You will master the art and science of best-in-class customer service. You will perform functions associated with inventory control, conditions, procurement, and dispositioning. You will learn to embrace the spirit of 'try' by developing new skills, working within new departments, and constantly helping us to identify process improvements.

Primary Duties :

  • Customer Service, interface, administrative support, and assisting with initiatives that grow our business.
  • Considered our Director of First Impressions - Brand Ambassador

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience and tracking of consumables and supplies.
  • Bright voice, energetic, and loves being with and engaged with people.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Is a team player; works well with others, and projects a positive attitude to employees.
  • Self-starter that can contribute with minimum supervision.
  • Keeps the customer in mind in all aspects of the job.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer / internet literacy including basic Microsoft Office suite.
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Bi-lingual (Spanish / English a plus).
  • Four year degree in business or administrative discipline a plus
