Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service, including waiting on customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints.
- Perform various office administration duties, such as processing payments and preparing reports.
- Process customer orders, create plant/RDC orders, and complete stock replenishment orders.
- Operate forklift equipment and perform warehouse duties, including receiving and stocking material, maintaining displays, and conducting cycle counts.
- Maintain a safe working environment by obeying safety rules and reporting accidents and unsafe conditions.
Requirements
- H.S. diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1 or more years of customer service and warehouse experience.
Competencies
Organization, math, time management, computer skills, detail orientation, customer service, and safety consciousness.
