Responsibilities
- Support Relocation Processes – Assist in coordinating end-to-end relocation activities, including pre-assignment planning, visa and immigration support, and onboarding in the host country.
- Compliance Management – Help ensure compliance with local tax laws, immigration regulations, and employment policies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyze global mobility data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Policy & Process Improvement – Contribute to the review and enhancement of global mobility policies, procedures, and communication materials.
- Employee Support – Serve as a point of contact for relocating employees, addressing queries and providing guidance on relocation-related matters.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Currently a Junior or Senior in college
