Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping products.
- Operate forklift and crane equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily cycle counts, inventory checks, and stock replenishment orders.
- Process customer returns, damaged shipments, and freight claims.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to safety protocols and reporting accidents or incidents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1 years of customer service and warehouse experience.
- Forklift experience and certification.
- Strong organizational, math, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
