Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with commercial clients.
Duties
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and trends
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue objectives
Required Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in commercial or technical sales
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in sales techniques and business development strategies
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish for effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients
Experience
- At least 2 years sales experience.
- Previous floor covering or construction experience a plus.
