Administrative Assistant- Investment Management - Boston, MA
We are seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant position with a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. This position will be responsible for assisting the firm’s senior administrative assistant support teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, including heavy calendar management and travel coordination experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
This is a 12 month contract-to-hire position that will pay $27-33/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. This position is required to be onsite 3 days/week in their Boston office.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars proactively.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries.
- Organize and facilitate logistics for meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed materials such as client reports, presentation decks, and meeting preparation packets.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including mail handling, file organization, and expense reporting.
- Support special projects, including coordinating events and welcoming visitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a professional services organization.
- Background in the investment management industry is a plus.
- Global exposure, whether through work or personal experience, is highly valued.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to adopt new technologies to improve efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, diligence, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
