Responsibilities:
- Assess current financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions such as automation or workflow changes.
- Use data-driven insights to measure performance, perform root cause analysis, and track the impact of process changes.
- Work with finance teams to accurately map out current processes and document any enhancements.
- Assist in planning and executing finance-related projects, including developing project charters and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Work closely with process owners, provide training on new processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-7 years in process improvement, finance operations, or similar roles.
- Strong process mapping and modeling skills, data analysis, and knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
