Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Business Valuation Services team, focusing on team development, training, and performance management.
- Oversee the preparation and review of valuation reports, litigation reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings as needed.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of the field.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CFA preferred.
- 15 years of experience in business valuation.
- Forensic accounting experience is a plus.
