Business Valuation Service Manager

A respected CPA firm based in Rhode Island is looking for an experienced and driven Business Valuation Services Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the business valuation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the business valuation services team, providing training and managing performance.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with precision and within deadlines.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business growth opportunities.
• Prepare and review valuation and litigation reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Provide expert testimony during legal proceedings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CFA, or similar professional certifications.
• 15 years of experience in business valuation or a comparable area.
• Forensic Accounting experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
