We are currently seeking candidates for a Finance Transformation Consultant position located in Boston, MA 02111. The role is with a global organization undergoing a finance transformation to standardize operations, optimize ERP systems, and enhance financial reporting. We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive adoption, streamline communication, and ensure a smooth transition for stakeholders worldwide.
This is a 10-month contract assignment will pay $75/hr within a 40 hr work week. W2 consultants only (no 1099 or C2C).

Responsibilities:
- Change Management & Transformation: Develop and implement change strategies for global finance transformation, ensuring alignment as the company shifts from a regional to a global model.
- ERP & Financial Systems Standardization: Support the transition to a standardized ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics) and drive automation in financial reporting and operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Lead communication efforts, partnering with internal teams to ensure clarity and consistency across global finance, IT, and leadership teams.
- Evaluate data, systems, and processes to ensure optimization
- Ensure the successful adoption and implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies across the global finance organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10 years of experience leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in ERP implementation and finance process standardization.
- Experience in management consulting (Big 4 preferred) or corporate finance transformation.
- Expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and automation.
- Strong project management skills in complex global environments.
Salary : $75
