We are seeking candidates for a Legal Training Coordinator position with a prestigious law firm located in Boston, MA. The Legal Training Coordinator will be responsible for conducting the onboarding, orientation and training under the direction of the Training Manager. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of legal administrative or paralegal experience within a law firm environment.
This is a permanent position that will pay a base salary of $80-90k (depending on experience). This position is required to be onsite 5 days per week in their Boston office.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee training schedules across departments, monitor training effectiveness, and maintain accurate records.
- Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and skills training in collaboration with the User Experience and Training Manager.
- Develop, update, and manage job aids and training materials to support learning initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks related to training delivery, including documentation and reporting.
- Evaluate training and development needs for individuals and teams to enhance skill growth.
- Advocate for training programs by engaging employees and highlighting their benefits.
- Track employee progress in the Learning Management System (LMS) and generate reports as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field required.
- 3 years of experience in a law firm environment or equivalent experience as a Paralegal or Legal Administrative Professional.
- Hands-on experience in conducting training, onboarding, or facilitating learning sessions within a legal or corporate setting.
- Understanding of instructional design principles with a track record of successful training implementation.
- Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver and track training programs.
- Proficiency in both modern and traditional training methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
