Senior Investment Operations Associate (Hybrid, Boston)

A successful alternative asset management firm that specializes in private credit, is searching for a 4-6 years Investment Operations professional to join their team. Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Assist with portfolio reconciliation, reviewing and verifying investment transactions, cash flows, and positions across multiple platforms and custodians
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate trade settlements, capital calls, and distributions
• Prepare and review investor reporting, including performance summaries, investment schedules, and quarterly updates
• Act as a point of contact for resolving operational and accounting issues related to investment transactions and portfolios
• Collaborate with the fund’s investment team to support the trade lifecycle, from deal execution through to closing and reporting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid schedule in Boston
