JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure guests have a positive experience by providing support over the phone by enforcing departmental standards and policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Interact courteously with guests over the phone
- Assist guests with booking tickets
- Answer general garden questions
- Maintain and enforce basic Dallas Arboretum policies
SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Customer handling experience desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer experience required (Microsoft Office products)
- Physical ability to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods indoors and outdoors regardless of weather conditions
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and seasonal evening hours
