COORDINATOR, CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP MARKETING
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Coordinator, Corporate Partnership Marketing acts as the liaison between multiple Partners and/or their agencies and internal departments of the Dallas Cowboys organization. This role is responsible for the execution, strategic plan, and day-to-day oversight of all aspects surrounding detailed Partnership agreements that deliver on partner goals and objectives. The Coordinator, Corporate Partnership Marketing reports to the Director, Corporate Partnerships Marketing.
Job Duties:
Act as a liaison between assigned Partners and the Dallas Cowboys organization, responsible for the facilitation and execution of Partnership agreements
Coordinate the planning, execution, and day-to-day oversight of assigned account assets; inclusive, but not limited to, digital marketing, television, radio, internet, print, and hospitality
Collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure a full understanding of client marketing objectives and strategic priorities
Coordinate with internal departments to properly execute contractual marketing assets received by Partners
Take necessary steps to maintain detailed planning records, using CRM/KORE system
Track expenses and aim to maintain budgets related to the execution of Partnership agreements
Create and present detailed reporting on Partnership execution, including affidavits, photographs, and program summaries
Facilitate ongoing client engagement through meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence
Maintain thorough communication with the Director, Corporate Partnership Marketing regarding all Partner account activity
Other duties and projects as assigned by the Director, Corporate Partnership Marketing
Travel as required (up to 10%).
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Sports Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related area of study preferred
Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a partnership or marketing role preferred
Experience supporting the execution of media and/or Partnership accounts preferred
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple clients and projects;
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary;
Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations
Able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days)
