Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Answer all incoming phone calls and gather necessary information (2 ring goal). Utilize headset to maximize the number of calls that are answered timely.
- Display professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Direct phone calls to the appropriate person or their voicemail.
- Accurately take phone messages and/or transcribe to email.
- Greet customers when they arrive, determine their needs, and direct to proper location.
- Collect payments from customers.
- Administrative
- Maintain stock of general office supplies, including ordering and organizing.
- Assist with paper filing and data entry of basic accounting/administrative functions as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
- Ability to type 40 WPM.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to take direction well.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization and with customers.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for long periods.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 10 pounds.
- Work is performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a customer service position desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.10 - $21.60 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
