Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
· Accurately prepare and maintain accounting department documents and records.
· Assist and support company personnel with administration tasks as needed.
· Utilize various reports and software for data entry
· Other projects and duties as assigned
Skills:
· Competency in MS Office, data entry, and accounting software
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
· Data entry and word processing skills
· Well organized
· Strong interpersonal skills
· High school degree
· 1-3 years experience preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience
Expected hours: 40 per week
