Infrastructure Sales Executive
Daly Computers is a system integrator, solution provider, value added reseller, and major service provider focused on serving the IT infrastructure needs of state local governments and education customers. The ideal Infrastructure Sales Executive candidate is someone with prior success selling custom engineered solutions and services to end-user IT Managers and C-level executives in a competitive marketplace. You must excel at finding, evaluating and closing new opportunities, as well as have strong, consultative selling skills. Possess a proven track record of strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Experience selling into the state, local & education (SLED) customer space preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive and grow our Enterprise/Cloud business. This position requires constant interaction with both the sales management team and individual account managers.
- Assess our customer base and current offerings and make recommendations on additional partnerships or areas of growth.
- Create a sales plan to transform our current approach to developing and selling these opportunities
- Has depth and breadth of technical knowledge to design and scope multiple deliverables across several technologies.
- Has demonstrated innovation and communication of new deliverables and offerings. Has led team in the delivery of multiple deliverables across multiple technologies.
- Has demonstrated ability to lead others in the gathering of requirements, designs, plans and estimates. Able to produce complete proposals for smaller engagements within own area of expertise.
- Demonstrates broad knowledge in other technical areas to properly manage complex integration efforts. Demonstrates application of technical expertise in successful engagements involving multiple disciplines.
- Ability to develop solutions that enhance the availability, performance, maintainability and agility of a particular customer’s enterprise. Has contributed to the design and application of new tools. Ability to re-use existing experience to develop new solutions to take to market.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to refine and present our customer message, through sales campaigns, technology shows and through structured marketing campaigns.
- Deliver engaging, articulate solution presentations.
- Build relationships and quickly develop trust with clients, vendors and internal employees.
- Create, track, and execute fundamental sales activity and deliver results.
- Meet or exceed targeted sales objectives and quotas.
- Manage technical aspects of key sales support systems (Outbound campaign software, CRM, etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads, lead follow-up, customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience and understanding of Channel Sales (Direct vs. Indirect) is a must.
- Experience in the state, local & education (SLED) customer space is preferred.
- Experience in selling technology solutions.
- Must have technical acumen to understand requirements and objections, and to articulate advantages.
- The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, vendors, and employees is a must.
- Self-driven, motivated, and results oriented. Strong communication (verbal and written), organization, and time management skills are also required.
- Dedication to excellent customer service, timeliness, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines. Must be able to adhere to tight service level agreements (SLAs) and be able to multi-task effectively.
Qualifications:
· 8 years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (11 years in total).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales-consulting team.
- Strong self-motivation, an outgoing and friend-making personality, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Prior experience in outside business-to-business (B2B) consulting and solution sales.
- Experience in the state, local & education (SLED) or technology industries.
- Professional services industry experience, including infrastructure modernization, application development, enterprise and data analytics, knowledge and content management, and business consulting.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
