As a Configuration Team Lead, you’ll play a critical role in our production facility located in Frederick, MD. In this hands-on role, you will oversee a team responsible for configuring, imaging, and processing desktops, laptops, tablets, and other computer systems. Your leadership will directly influence team performance, quality, and on-time delivery of customer orders.
You’ll collaborate closely with management to meet production targets, resolve operational challenges, and foster a high-performance culture. This full-time position typically runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime or weekend hours as needed. Reliable transportation is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a production team to meet daily order processing goals within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Supervise the imaging, configuration, and deployment of IT hardware to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high quality.
- Track order status and team output; identify and resolve workflow or technical issues in real time.
- Analyze performance data, conduct root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote adherence to safety protocols and inventory procedures.
- Provide feedback to team members to develop a highly skilled workforce with potential for promotions.
- Assist with the implementation of operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating inefficiencies and improve product quality.
- Provide effective input for potential new hires, also engage candidates during the interview process.
- Effectively manage all employee relations matters and conflict resolution, track and ensure team members comply with attendance policies.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, distribution, and service teams.

Physical Requirements:

Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, military, or technical environment related.
· 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of imaging and configuring Windows and Chrome OS devices is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
