Medical Scribe
to join his team. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on clinical experience in a fast-paced medical environment.
We are looking for one scribe to work
ull days (9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM) on Tuesday and Thursday and one scribe to work full days (9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Must commit to working a minimum of one full year, including the summer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Real-Time Documentation :
Accurately transcribe and document patient encounters, medical histories, and treatment plans into the electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
Assist with clinical documentation by preparing and updating patient charts, coordinating labs, and recording physical assessment findings.
Enhance patient care efficiency by documenting lab result follow-ups, and maintaining professionalism and discretion in a sensitive healthcare environment.
Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a clinical setting.
Experience with or willingness to learn electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Commitment to the position’s schedule and responsibilities for at least one full year.
Prior experience in a medical setting or familiarity with medical terminology is preferred but not required.
