We are seeking a reliable and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Phoenix team. The ideal candidate should prossess the following key qualities and skills: product knowledge, sales acumen, customer focus, problem-solving and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processes and refines orders, communicating unit pricing, shipping details, and relevant information to customers.
- Creates order forms, inputs data for total cost calculation using computer systems.
- Organizes and files orders based on expected delivery dates.
- Participates in safety and office protection planning activities.
- Monitors inventory, notifies Purchasing of stock depletion, and initiates purchase requisitions.
- Directs orders to the Warehouse for fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery or shipment.
- Calculates price, discount, and shipping charges.
- Collaborates with Dispatcher, Warehouse, and Purchasing to expedite or track missing or delayed shipments.
- Promotes additional material sales to customers.
- Proficient in performing take-offs and pricing material lists from customer requirements.
Qualifications

Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in inside sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
