Maintenance Technician - II

A growing medical device manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding and microelectronics needs to hire a Maintenance Technician to support 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) and 3rd shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am). There is 1 job available for each shift.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where employee input is valued, respected and encouraged! My client is eager to have new employees start in March 2025.

The position is onsite (Monday-Friday) and may require overtime (as needed).

• Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate a variety of machines, including automated equipment. Learn start-up and shut-down procedures for automated systems.
• Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Maintain presses and automation uptime. Apply root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues with equipment and machinery. Diagnose problems and provide solutions to correct.
• Process Adherence: Follow and adhere to validated manufacturing processes and standards.
• Technical Collaboration: Work alongside engineers to perform complex mechanical and electronic tasks.
• Quality and Safety Compliance: Comply with ISO 13485 Quality Management System (QMS) standards, maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring equipment safety and keeping production areas clear of debris.

The ideal candidate will have the experience below:

• Must have experience working in regulated manufacturing (Automotive, Medical Device, Aerospace, Defense etc.)
• Must have experience working with vision systems such as Keyence or EPSON
• Experience troubleshooting electrical issues
• Experience working in high-volume manufacturing is preferred

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
